Established in 1899. From multiple high-rise buildings to restaurants, the borough has a lot to offer residents. It also provides easy access to Route 46 and other highways. A recent census showed that approximately 51 percent of residents were Korean, which is reflected in a lot of the businesses and restaurants along the downtown stretch of Broad Avenue, but the borough is comprised of a diverse community. Well-known landmark includes Overpeck County Park and History Museum of Comfort Women.
