International Division
In 1995, Friedberg Properties & Associates created an International Division to meet the needs of our customers and clients. We added additional sales associates with fluency in several languages to assist the growing culturally diverse marketplace of Bergen County.
We find that people often feel more comfortable when they can express themselves in their native language, explains Marlyn Friedberg, broker/owner of Friedberg Properties. We have a large bilingual staff who understands the multi-cultural community. They have the ability to explain technical real estate information clearly for foreign home buyers or sellers.
